At LureVault, we take pride in providing premium fishing gear and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we’re here to assist you.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Faulty or Damaged Items Only: Refunds are available for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a refund if your item is faulty or damaged.
• 30-Day Refund Period: Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds beyond this period.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. Refunds apply to regular-priced items only.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty or damaged item.
2. Review Process: We’ll review your request promptly. If approved, we’ll process your refund without requiring the return of the item.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

Important Notes:

• Photographic Evidence: Clear photos of the faulty or damaged item are required for refund approval.
• Gifts: If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll provide a gift credit for the refund value. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received it after following these steps, please contact us for assistance.
